Our Principal podiatrist, Kathy Hitchcox has been practicing in the TeAro region of downtown Wellington at The Podiatry Clinic for over 40 years. Though Kathy is a qualified podiatric surgeon with many years of practicing surgical correction of toe deformities, she now concentrates solely on the surgical correction of ingrown and deformed toe nails and surgical removal of verrucae.
All our Registered Podiatrists have extensive experience treating and managing a variety of foot and leg injuries and conditions, having worked and studied extensively in New Zealand and abroad.
Georgia Bell is our Senior Podiatrist at the Podiatry Clinic. Georgia shares the same enthusiasm and interest in podiatric medicine across the board, including the management and surgical correction of ingrown toe nails.
Andrew Kim is our most recent team member, Andrew is a Registered Podiatrist bringing the most recent treatment methodologies regarding the "at risk foot", enthusiasm and interest in podiatric medicine across the board, including the management and surgical correction of ingrown toe nails.

Andrew Kim - Registered Podiatrist
Andrew is a graduate of The New Zealand School of Podiatry, and the newest addition to the Podiatry Clinic team.
Andrew's particular areas of clinical interest include General Podiatric Medicine as well as the management and treatment of the "at risk foot", the surgical management ingrown toenails, treatment of lower limb musculoskeletal injuries and orthotic prescription.
We are excited to have Andrew as a valued team member of The PodiatryClinic.
Kathy Hitchcox - Registered Podiatrist
Kathy is a graduate of, and past Clinical Lecturer at the New Zealand School of Podiatry and has been a private practitioner in Wellington since that time. She established The Podiatry Clinic in 1978 and is a past Chairperson, and Member, of the Podiatrists Board of New Zealand. Kathy also has extensive experience as a serving member on various legislative and professional disciplinary committees as well as in undergraduate clinical teaching.
Kathy is a founder Member of the NZ College of Podiatric Surgery, is a Registered Podiatrist (NZMOH), a founding Member of the Podiatric Medical Practitioners Continuing Professional Development Network and a member of Podiatry NZ (NZ Society of Podiatrists).
Kathy is currently serving the profession as a Member of the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal.
Kathy specialises in General Podiatric Medicine, the clinical and surgical management of ingrown toenails as well as treating sports injuries utilising podiatric biomechanics and orthotics.
Georgia Bell - Registered Podiatrist
Georgia is a graduate of the New Zealand School of Podiatry.
She has developed a broad interest across the whole scope of Podiatric Medicine, including ingrown toenail and verruca surgery, and is a valued member of the Podiatry Clinic Team.

Both Tracy and Libby are experienced Medical Receptionists and form our "Front Line" staff.
