PLEASE NOTE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that due to circumstances out of your control, it may be necessary for you to cancel an appointment with us.

We want to be understanding and fair to our patients under such circumstances.

Likewise, we expect our patients to reciprocate with understanding and fairness by notifying us of a need to cancel an appointment as soon as possible as we usually have a waiting list of patients needing urgent appointments.

On that understanding, failure to attend a booked appointment will incur a fee of $96.00

 Failure to cancel an appointment within 8 hours of an appointment time will incur a standard fee of $108.00.
